The first Help Alliance workshop took place at Wadadee cares from September 12th to 14th. On the first morning, the topic of "Sustainability in Project Management" was discussed and worked on, and in the afternoon the topic of "Child Protection" was on the agenda. We were delighted with the great response from our project managers, our employees, our volunteers and other guests. People listened very attentively, discussed lively and worked constructively.
Another topic was "Design Thinking", which was new to all of us and therefore extremely exciting. The third day was reserved for project tours and open discussions. It was a very special experience to sit at a table with (almost) the entire Wadadee cares family for the first time and to be taught new and interesting knowledge together in a very pleasant and professional manner. We would like to thank Discover Airlines and the Help Alliance very much for this great experience and are already looking forward to the next visit and the next workshop next year.
